At Wells Premier Construction LLC, our name may be new but our foundation is decades in the making.

Our story is built on a combined 70 years of industry experience, rooted in a mentorship that became family. For over 15 years, John worked alongside Tim, the owner of Squaires Vinyl and Aluminum. We are incredibly honored to have his decades of expertise as a part of our current chapter!
